Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

How does your website packages function?
If you are interested in our web package, we will ask you to fill in a simple form which will be sent to your email address. Once you have filled this form in, we will send you an estimate on how much it will cost you. If you are happy with the price, the information you gave us in the form we asked you to fill in will be used to make your wonderful new website. We’ll plan, design, implement and maintain it. We will then give you access to it, using an easy-to-use format so you can make alterations yourself if you need too.
What about your tech packages?
In the same way we offer our bespoke web package, we’ll ask you to fill in a form so we can gather how many machines or servers you wish us to service. From this, we will either get you to choose from one of our predefined packages, or offer you a custom offer.
Content management system? (CMS) what is it?
We offer a content management system on all our website packages because it’s an easy-to-use interface which enables you (as the customer) to make alterations yourselves with no coding needed. If you do not wish to do this, we can offer a fully managed service for a small fee. This means you merely have to contact us on support@trevotech.co.uk and we will make the alteration for you.
I need some help with something
If you are requesting help to do with an existing website we designed and host. Then please email us on support@trevotech.co.uk We will reply within five business days.
If you need help with IT technical support, contacting us will be included in your onboarding contract with us.
I am confused by the CMS, and I cannot navigate it - can you help?
If you are a managed service customer we can make all the alterations you wish, including adding additional pages, making alternations to the look and functionality of the website, technical support on the website and more.
What payment options do you offer?
Dependent on what package you choose from us, we will send you a Microsoft Form to fill in, on the questions we ask you to fill in your contact information among other things. We will send the invoice via email to the email address you provided. You can either wire transfer the funds to us directly, or use GoCashless to pay via direct debit. The same goes for our monthly payment options.
Do you offer monthly payment options?
Yes, we certainly do! to protect both us and you, our monthly payment packages do come with a contract, you will be charged on a monthly basis dependent on which package you have chosen. This is to help lessen the burden of companies or individuals alike from paying large payments upfront.
You can now spread the cost over 12 months.
